Description:

Being free together is a term coined by Ram Dass in the early the 60s.  It is a paradigm shift that is about supporting the freedom and awakening in both self and other(s) rather than the consumer-driven model of mutual need/want getting.

It is informed, not only by Ram Dass and his spiritual perspective but has been influenced by Rumi, Buber, & Wittgenstein as well as some Eastern spiritual traditions; Taoism, Buddhism and Advaita Vedanta. It also builds on Western psychological perspectives of constructivism, humanism, existentialism and consciousness studies.

Its focus is on what it really means to be HERE and NOW and know your lived experience, ultimately being able to bring the truth of being into relational space.

This work highlights important critical shifts in perspective:

Its focus is on what it really means to be HERE and NOW and know your lived experience, ultimately being able to bring the truth of being into relational space.

This work highlights important critical shifts in perspective:

1) Intimacy as an encounter rather than a process

2) Focus on growth and evolution rather than fixing and understanding

3) Discernment of lived experience from stories and narratives

4) knowing vs. the acquisition of information
